This policy explains how Get Set Studio LLC (“Get Set Studio”, “we”, “us”) handles information in our apps, including Prime Rivals: Math Blitz for iPhone and iPad (App Store) and for Android phones, tablets, and Chromebooks (Google Play). It is written for parents, teachers, and schools as well as for players.
The short version
We do not collect personal information through our apps. Prime Rivals has no accounts or sign-in, and it does not send gameplay data, player names, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, or audio to Get Set Studio or to anyone else.
The app stores the following on your device so it can work: player names or nicknames you type in, practice progress and mastery results, rankings, and settings (such as timers and volume). Where this data may also be copied depends on your platform (see iOS and Android & Chromebook below). In every case it stays in your own device, iCloud account, or Android backup — never on our servers.
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to reply and help you. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Apple and Google may share limited, aggregated app statistics with developers (for example, download counts, and crash or performance summaries from people who have chosen to share diagnostics with developers in their device settings). This information does not identify you, and we do not add any analytics or crash-reporting tools of our own.
Prime Rivals is designed for students, families, and classrooms, and many players are under 13. We comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with Apple’s and Google’s policies for apps used by children (including the Google Play Families Policy).
Because we don’t collect children’s personal information, there is nothing for us to review or delete on our side. Parents, guardians, and teachers can contact us anytime at support@getsetstudio.com with questions. If we ever learn that a child has sent us personal information (for example, by email), we will delete it.
Addition and subtraction are free. Multiplication and division unlock with a one-time Full Math Unlock purchase (a non-consumable, not a subscription). No subscriptions are sold. On Apple devices, Full Math Unlock supports Family Sharing, and people with an earlier annual subscription keep their access.
Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms and privacy policies. We never receive your payment card details. The app checks with Apple or Google on your device to confirm that the unlock was purchased, so it can turn it on and restore it.
Prime Rivals does not include any third-party software development kits (SDKs) — no advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or social SDKs — on any platform. The only outside services involved are the ones built into your device and store: Apple’s iCloud, speech recognition, and App Store on iOS, and Google Play Billing and Android backup on Android and Chromebook.
Because your data lives on your device and in your own accounts, you control deleting it:
Uninstalling the app does not cancel or remove a purchase — you can restore Full Math Unlock later with the same Apple or Google account. To have us delete an email conversation with you, contact support@getsetstudio.com.
We don’t hold app data, so we have nothing to retain. Data on your device, in your iCloud, or in your Android backup stays there until you delete it as described above. Apple and Google keep purchase records under their own policies. We keep support emails only as long as needed to help you and for ordinary business records, and we delete them on request.
